Shipping policy
Multi Import processes your order carefully, and your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition.
After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our shipping partner, Shiprocket, which assigns the appropriate courier partner for delivery.
Our courier partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company processing your order.
You can track the status of your package once the tracking information becomes active. We usually dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and logistics conditions.
Shipping Charges
We offer free delivery on orders above ₹1,000.
For orders below ₹1,000, a ₹100 delivery charge will apply.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹100 COD charge will apply.
Our promise is to provide fresh, non-expired products to our customers.
Product delivery may get delayed due to reasons attributable to logistics, public holidays, weather conditions, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Currently, our services and deliveries are available exclusively within India.
